Just north of the farm Svalbarð, you will find a marked seal watching location and a small car park. A path lies from the parking down to the sea (from 100 – 300 m), where the seals lie on skerries just off shore. During pupping season (May – beginning of June) there is often a lot of fun and games at Svalbarð when young pups play close to their mothers. The Great Seal Count in 200 7(August 25th) showed around 60 seals at Svalbarð.
